Currently, we only ship to Canada. But we look forward to expanding internationally soon!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Not head over heels for your Wanderland luggage? No worries! Send it back to us within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and in saleable condition for a full refund.
You as the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
How can customers initiate a return?
You can either email us at support@wanderlandluggage.com OR submit a form on our CONTACT page with your order number, and we'll get the return party started!
What is the refund process?
We aim to process returns promptly, but during busy periods, it may take up to three weeks upon receiving your package. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a notification. Refunds typically take up to five business days to reflect in your account and are returned to the original payment method. For gift returns, refunds are issued to the purchaser.
